# Project Overview — Barina Green City Platform

Barina Green City is a member-owned "green city" program built around a
large parcel of land being developed and commercialized through multiple
integrated ventures: prime residential homes, land/property development, a
commercial centre, retail premises, a school, a hospital, a church, an
organic farm, recreation facilities, offices, rental properties and
investment opportunities.

This platform is **not a conventional corporate website**. It is a
business, property, project, membership and community-development
management platform with an integrated public website, supporting:

1. External/public engagement — the main website.
2. Internal business and organizational management — a secure admin/ERP.
3. Private member services — a member portal.

Designed for long-term expansion: new business units, property types,
membership categories, projects, services and departments must be
addable without redesigning the platform. See `README.md` at the project
root for the concrete directory/module mapping, and `03_System_Architecture`
for how the three interfaces share one core platform.

## Source spec

This project was scaffolded from a "Business & Community Development
Platform" developer start-up specification (v1.0) covering: system
architecture, membership vs. role separation, RBAC/permissions, project
management, property management, finance, CMS, document management with
private-file security and versioning, unique entity IDs, database structure,
security, API architecture, and an 8-phase development sequence.

## Current phase

**Phase 0 — File organization / scaffold** (this commit). No business
modules, database schema, auth, or visual design implemented yet.
